Founder | REALTOR®Denny Oh didn't enter real estate with the intention of building one of Downtown San Diego's top-producing teams. Like many new agents, he initially saw real estate as an opportunity to create financial success. What he quickly discovered, however, was a genuine passion for helping people navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Today, more than 22 years later, that passion remains at the core of everything he does. Having successfully represented buyers and sellers in over 700 property transactions and generated hundreds of millions of dollars in sales, Denny has built a reputation for exceptional service, expert negotiation, and deep market knowledge. His results have consistently ranked him among San Diego's top REALTORS®, particularly within the Downtown condominium market.
Originally from Redondo Beach, Denny moved to San Diego to attend the University of California, San Diego, and quickly fell in love with the city's lifestyle, neighborhoods, and coastal beauty. More than two decades later, he remains passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals throughout San Diego, with a particular focus on Downtown San Diego's luxury high-rise communities.
