SAPPHIRE TOWER

Large High-Rise Residences in a Low Density Building

1262 Kettner Blvd  |  92101  |  Columbia District

Sapphire Tower is a low density high-rise that was built in 2008 by Centurion Partners.  This 33 story building only has 97 condos, making it one of downtown San Diego’s least populated buildings (most towers of this height have about 200 condos).

Sapphire Tower is best known for its large, open floor plans and high 10′ ceiling heights.  The kitchen/living/dining rooms in most floor plans are large and wide open spaces.  The units also have true floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings, making the units feel even larger.

From levels 24-32, there are only two units per floor and the elevators open directly into your own private foyer.  These penthouses are nearly 3,000 square feet each and take up either the north or south half of the building. This is a great building for people who want large condos with lots of space to entertain.

Sapphire Tower Pros
