The Grande North is the newer of the two Grande at Santa Fe Place high-rise condo towers. The Grande North was completed in 2005 by Bosa Development and is located at 1205 Pacific Highway. The Grande South is next door at 1199 Pacific Highway. The two towers are practically identical and each consists of 221 units and 39 floors.
The Grande condos have one the best floor plans in all of downtown – The E plan, which is a 1,944 sq ft 2br+den/2ba condo that has views to the north, west and south. This unit lives more like a single family home and less like a traditional condo.
The Grande North and South are the closest you can get to the water in Downtown San Diego as they are as close to the bay as the city will allow. The Grande North has excellent amenities, such as concierge service, 24-hour security, an 80 ft pool, fitness center, sauna and steam room, community room with full kitchen and an onsite guest suite. The Grande North and Grande South condos do not share amenities and are two completely separate communities with different HOAs.
