The Metropolitan is one of the most exclusive residences in downtown San Diego. With only 38 residences, The Metropolitan has the fewest condos of any downtown high-rise. The Metropolitan is located at 165 Sixth Ave and occupies the top 11 stories (22-32) of the Omni Hotel.
Residents have their own private lobby/entrance, as well as their own rooftop pool and spa, gym and community room, but can also access any of the hotel’s amenities – this includes their pool/gym/spa, room service, valet parking and housekeeping.
The units at the Metropolitan have a sleek European feel to them, and since there are no more than four condos per floor, all are corner units. The Metropolitan also has a private entrance into Petco Park.
