The twin tower Renaissance condos in downtown San Diego were built by Carrier Johnson in 2002. This 240-unit community has condos ranging from 1-4 bedrooms and about 770 square feet, up to about 4500 square feet.
Both towers are 22 stories tall and share the 645 Front Street address. The Renaissance condos typically have large bedrooms, nice walk-in closets, and many of the units have ensuite bathrooms and a powder room for guests.
Many people like living at The Renaissance because of its incredible, central location – it’s literally across the street from Ralph’s grocery and the developing Horton SD Campus. The common area is on the 2nd floor, which includes a heated pool, hot tub, community room, and fitness center. Another great feature about The Renaissance is that there are some very large penthouse units, many of which have been significantly upgraded.
