M2i is a sleek, modern condo/loft building located between 10th/11th and Market and Island (Market 2 Island). It was built by CityMark Development in 2005 in two stages: the 527 Tenth Ave building and the 1050 Island Ave building.
Both buildings are part of the same HOA and share the amenities, which include a gym, a central courtyard, and a rooftop deck. M2i is a loft building where many owners have left the units open with no bedroom walls or partially built-out walls, while other owners have built out full walls to create a more traditional bedroom.
