Acqua Vista is located between Ash and Beech Streets and State and Columbia Streets at 425 W Beech Street. This is an entry-level high-rise building and has some of the most affordable condos in any high-rise.
Acqua Vista is one of the few actual high-rise condo towers located in Little Italy (building heights are restricted due to the airport’s proximity) and is also one of the few buildings that has valet parking, which is mandatory (the cost is included in the HOA dues). There’s onsite security, and the building has a rooftop pool and spa on the eighth floor.
The twin towers are each 18 stories and have some incredible bay views to the west. Acqua Vista is in a great location and close to all that Little Italy has to offer.
